Minimums and Price Breaks
Minimum standard orders for embroidery is 12 units/design. Get better pricing/unit by getting to the next price break. Price breaks are at 24, 48, 72, 100, 144, 250 and above. For quotes above 250, please reach out to email@example.com with your details.
Pricing based on stitch-count
Pricing for embroidery is based on the amount of stitches your imprint requires. We may require a art file in order to get your an relatively accurate estimate. The size of your design and the complexity will affect your stitch count. It also depends on the total quantity of items you need to be embroidered and the type of item.
Converting Your Art and Making it Stitch-Ready
Each embroidery design will require your art/logo/image to be converted to stitch-ready. In this phase we take your design and tell our computers exactly how to sew each stitch to create your design. The fee for your art conversion is $50 and covers up to 20,000 stitches. We wave this fee if you order 48 units or more. This is a 1-time fee. If you place reorders, there is no fee because we already have your design ready to go! For larger embroidery imprints, full-fills, or complex designs resulting in over 20,000 stitches, there may be additional charges for this.
Discounts for Cash or Check
We always appreciate payments via check, cash, or cashier’s check when possible. We offer a 3% Discount off your total balance on *Standard Screen Printing and *Standard Embroidery Orders when payment is made prior to production with cash, check, or cashier's check.
School Catalog orders, promotional products orders, special pricing, highly complex orders (involving multiple imprints or more than 2 styles), less-than-minimum quantities, or large orders (250+ units), do not qualify for the 3% Discount unless otherwise specified. Please reach out to confirm whether your order qualifies. Standard Embroidery orders are for 6-249 units.B
Bounced check payments will incur a fee of $36. This fee will be added to the open invoice. All applicable discounts will be lost.
Payment is required up front for all orders. We do offer payment via Purchase Order Process for schools and government.
Our standard turn-around is around 10 business days for Embroidery starting after Order Approval, Proof Approval, and Payment has been received. We always want to stitch and ship as fast as possible.
