Sales Support/Customer Service Part Time

At Special Tees we are looking to expand our team! Come join a family of creative, hard working, and passionate team members. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a part time position of 2-3 days per week. This is a great entry-level position that could transition into full time if so desired. If you have a history of customer service, sales, graphic design, management, or experience working in the screen-printing, embroidery, or promotional products industries, we may have the perfect part time position for you!

Core Responsibilities

- Assist with customer service via telephone, email, and face to face
- Build quotes, orders, and provide recommendations for customers
- Aid core team with whatever business priorities of the day arise

Additional Expectations

- This position requires a flexible and energetic personality who likes to support the needs of others
- Ability to adjust to accommodate competing priorities as directed is key
- Enjoys working in a team
- May need to help support production needs from time to time
- Must be able to lift boxes that weigh up to 40lbs and help customers load their cars with orders
- Count and inventory goods pre and post production in order to ensure quality standards are met
- Shipping and receiving
- May be asked to work extra hours to support team member vacations and peak season from April - June

- Background in Graphic Design would be a huge bonus but is not required. Please be prepared to share your portfolio
- Additional Program/Application knowledge that would be a bonus, but is not required includes experience with Shopworks, ASI and ESP, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with social media marketing would be a huge asset as well, but is not required for this position
