If you are a local school, stop by to pick up your completed order at our Gaithersburg, Maryland office, meet the team, and get the Pick Up Discount.
For Signature designs, download Signature Pages from our website, print them out, and have everyone sign! Each Signature Page has specific directions to help you get best results. If your design is incorporating Typed Names rather than Signatures, please email proofread names as an attachment in Word or Excel format (DOC/DOCX or XLS/XLSX) to firstname.lastname@example.org. The list should contain the names exactly as you want them to appear. Consider “First Name Last Name” or “First Name” only. If names are submitted in a format that requires us to manually retype, there is a +10 cent charge per name.
We recommend Youth Medium up to Adult 4X. If you need smaller or larger, we do have options available. Just let us know. Need to know the measurements of your style of choice? Submitting payment information with your order helps us streamline your order’s progress. The Full Payment Discount requires the physical check or credit card information to be submitted prior to printing your order. Purchase orders or requests to bill the school should be included with the order form or shortly after we have supplied you with an invoice. If you need an invoice to generate either of these, please request one when you submit your order. Requests to bill the school should be on official school letterhead and signed by the principal. Need updated vendor information? Let us know if you need a W-9. If someone other than you is responsible for issuing payment, please include their contact phone and email information when you submit your order. Production will not start on your order until we have received payment (for Full Payment Discount), a purchase order, or an official request to bill the school. Please provide a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate or Letter of Exemption from the issuing authority.
We have updated our Online Order Form to make submitting your order a breeze. It does not require you to do the math for the discounts. We will build your order, calculate your discounts, and send your confirmation via email within 1-business day. For those of you who prefer completing the physical form with pen or pencil, we have it available in the School Order Packet. Send your scanned signature sheets when you submit your order online or send via email rather than snail mail. Refer to directions on the signature pages for best signature results. Typed Names lists should be emailed to email@example.com.

During this season all Official Proofs will be created after orders are submitted, on a first-come first-serve basis. Please allow for 1-3 business days for custom Pre-Proofs or Official Proofs. Free customization of our School Catalog designs is intended for modifying the designs provided to fit your vision. If you would like to request original custom artwork, please reach out for a consultation. We try to wave art fees whenever possible, but in certain situations, original artwork requests may require an art fee. We are happy to review each original artwork request.
