Only sign in the white spaces provided on the sheets. We have provided a lightly shaded border to give guidance. Any portion of a signature that trails beyond the shaded portion of the sheet may print unclear or be cut off. Please do not draw an outline around the shape.
When collecting your signatures, please make sure everyone signs using a smooth-writing black pen. DO NOT USE markers or felt-tip pens of any kind because they tend to bleed and blur the signature. Do not use pencil, because it is difficult to scan because the graphite reflects scanner and does not produce a usable digital result. Please use a smooth quick-drying black ink roller ball or gel pen for best results.
If you have a signature mistake or something that needs to be removed or “digitally erased,” simply strike out the mistake with red pen and we will remove it for you! Does the person need another chance to write their signature? No problem. Please download the Block Signature Page and have the person write their name in one of the boxes. Submit the Block Signature Page at the same time you send in the rest of your signature pages. We will plug the name back into the design with the others for you.
Signature sheets downloaded from our website are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 150 signatures. Need more room? Simply download the 150+ option. If you have over 400 signatures or need a custom sheet created just for your class, you can request one. Just scroll to the bottom of the catalog designs and click on “Request a Custom Signature Sheet.”
Scan each sheet at 300 DPI, in color, then send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check your scans to ensure no portion of the sheet is accidentally cropped off. If you do not have access to a scanner, many office-supply and shipping locations offer scanning services. They can scan your sheets for you and email them directly from their location.
When scanning is not an option, please make a copy of your sheets and send us the originals via Certified Mail (USPS) or an equivalent that can be tracked. Please do not bend or crease the sheets. Please keep in mind we cannot create your proof without your signatures. If you are in a rush to get your shirts, we recommend emailing your scanned signatures or using Typed Names instead.
You will receive an email confirmation within one business day of receiving your signature pages. Sometimes we may need to request another scan if the first one does not come through properly. We will notify you at this time. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time frame, please give us a call.
