How many items do you need?

Minimum quantities for screen printing orders is 12 items. 
Minimum quantities for embroidery orders is 6 items.
Minimum quantities for promotional products is based on the particular product of interest. 

Please reach out for less than minimum quantity requests. 

What style garment are you interested in?

We offer a range of specialty garments that are more suited for athletic needs, business attire, outerwear, and so much more. Our Special Design Tool allows you to pick from our most popular items, but we have the ability to provide you with many expanded options. Screen printing works best on fabrics and blends that are smooth like tee shirts and sweats. Embroidery adds a professional sophistication and works best on products that screen printing would not be best for. Fabrics that have texture or don't lay flat, like fuzzy fleece, jackets, hats, or backpacks are best for embroidery.

What Color garment do you want?

For tee shirts, a basic white tee shirt will always be the most cost effective, but a color tee, polo shirt, dress shirt, athletic garment or other style can really make your choice stand out in a crowd. Consider how you want your art to look on the shirt color. For Example: If you have a black logo, but you want a black garment, you may want to consider changing  your logo color so it shows up on the garment. What color do you want your logo to become?

How many places are you embellishing?

Each product can support multiple locations for imprint. Consider all the fun location options. Many customers choose to go with standard full front or full back for screen printing. We also offer sleeve imprints, left chest, right chest, center shoulders, lower back, and so much more. Keep in mind pricing will be based on the amount of imprints your garment is receiving and the amount of colors per imprint.

For embroidery, the left chest or right chest location is the most popular. While embroidery can offer multiple colors within a design, pricing is based on the amount of stitches required. The left or right chest imprint is usually about 3.5-4" wide averaging about 4,000-10,000 stitches.  If you have a creative idea about imprint areas and embellishments, give us a call and we can help make a recommendation!

For promotional products, some products allow for a second imprint location at no extra charge, while others may require a second imprint location imprint charge. Once you have your product selected (product #), let us know your embellishment needs and we can confirm all the details! Minimum quantities and production times are items specific, but if you need a faster turn around or have a special request for a less-than-minimum, we are happy to see what we can do to help you! Just let us know your product of interest (item#), quantity, and in-hands date and we can make arrangements with our suppliers!

How many colors are you going to get printed?

When planning for screen printing orders, consider how many colors you need to get printed. Pricing is based on the amount of colors and imprints your items will be receiving. Most orders are for designs that need 1-4 colors, but sometimes more colors are needed. While we offer many standard ink colors, we also have the ability to match your color needs. Specific color matching is $10 per ink color/per order. Not sure how many colors you need to print or need a full-color photographic print? Contact us today. One of our staff members will be happy to review your artwork and help you determine how to best set up your design for a great print. 

For embroidery, most logos have 1-4 colors, but we can easily go all the way up to 15!  Remember, for embroidery, the cost is based on the stitch count of the design and the quantity being ordered. Complex art, dense fills, or larger embroidery area will increase the stitch count. For example: If you have a logo that is a square and you want it embroidered on the left chest of polo shirts for your staff, a full filled-in square will have more stitches than if you were to just embroidery the border of the square.

For promotional products, each product has different color quantity limitations. Once you have your product (item#) selected, let us know your color needs and we can confirm all the details!

What is your budget?

We offer many benefits to help you get great pricing. Consider what your total budget is or what your budget price per item may need to be. If you need to be within a certain budget, one of our staff members will be happy to make a recommendation based on your budgetary needs. Simplifying artwork or reducing locations or colors can help you reduce your cost. We always recommend great quality products with a range of prices. There are no setup fees for screen printing, and shipping is always free for screen printing and embroidery orders of 48 or more. We request artwork be submitted in vector format (non-rastor digital art files ending in .ai, .eps, or .pdf). We do our best to wave any art fees should your artwork need to be cleaned up or converted in order to have a quality print. Feel free to reach out and we can take a look at your art to see if it may require a charge for art time. 

You also can take advantage of our Pick Up Discount (-$ 0.25ea item) if you would like to pick up your screen printing or embroidery order (of 48 or more) at our office location in Gaithersburg. 

When do you need these in your hands?

We love providing service with speedy turn around! What date do you need these in-hands? Average production time for screen printing is around 7 business days after approvals + shipping, but sometimes we can squeeze in a screen print order by the end of the week! Quick, clear communication always helps us get your order into your hands sooner!

Average turn around for embroidery is about 10 business days after approvals + shipping.

Check for turn around times for custom promotional products. Many custom promotional products have 7-10 day turn around + shipping, while others may require up to 8 weeks or more. Feel free to give us a call and we can confirm!

Please keep in mind April - June is our busiest time of the year. We expand our production times to keep the presses printing, and orders flying out the doors, but tighter turn arounds may require a rush fee. Please reach out for details.

Do you need these shipped or are you going to pick up?

We offer our services locally and nationally! All orders ship standard UPS ground for FREE! If you need to have expedited shipping, just let us know and we will built that into your order. If you would like to pick up your order at our office, you can save (-$0.25ea) and apply the Pick Up Discount on all embroidery an screen printing orders of 48 or more. We will call or email to let you know the moment your order is ready!
